The story behind Magnetizing Marketing
Hi, I’m Laura and I’m the founder of Magnetizing Marketing.
After earning a degree in Marketing and my Master’s in International Business Management, I spent four years in business consulting, working with some of the biggest corporations in the world. I had everything I thought I wanted – a “good” job, a promising career, a fancy city apartment, lots of parties etc., but inside I felt empty and I knew there was something missing in my life.
At some point, my body couldn’t hold the stress of the corporate world, the masculine way of doing business and the misalignment with my purpose anymore. Struggling through various health challenges, I realized that I had to make a change. So I quit my job, sold almost everything I owned and bought a one-way-ticket to India.
Marketing for a new era of business
Traveling the world, I kept meeting many visionary entrepreneurs, healers, and creatives — people with important messages and powerful offerings that could make a real change. But I recognized a pattern. All of these people, despite their wisdom and passion, struggled to bring their messages out and reach the people who needed them most. They were missing the exact thing that I had so much experience in, but didn’t know how to use it in an ethical way: Marketing.
That’s when I realized that my business background was a preparation.
Now I use my expertise to tell meaningful stories, help purpose-driven projects become visible and create change in the world.
